California ICE Raids

ICE is beginning to rapidly and aggressively attack cities in California likely because of two reasons: High Latino/Hispanic community and Gavin Newsum opposing Trump regularly.

At this point the general public is outraged as ICE has a daily quota of 3000 people. This is an absurdly high quota for ICE. California has Latino/Hispanic roots, culture and people engrained into the state. It is no surprise that the community responded the way they have.

Most recently Donald Trump threatened the state of California by saying “Please be hereby advised that large scale Federal Funding will be held back, maybe permanently, if the Executive Order on this subject matter is not adhered to.” in a Truth Social post that spewed hatred for a trans woman qualifying for State Finals in her sport.

Gavin Newsoms response was similar to Senator Warren of Massachusetts’ response a couple months ago. The difference is that Newsom is a Governor, a man, and in California, the 4th largest economy in the world.

The day this was posted LA began to experience unexpected military style ICE raids on June 6th, 2025. In downtown LA there were at least 3 raids. Most notably Californias largest Union had its leader injured and arrested because “he looked illegal” in short.

The people in uncoordinated militarized uniforms have thrown flash-bangs, chemical weapons such as tear gas, rubber bullets, and extreme physical force while continuing to remain unidentified and refusing to show their federal IDs.

This has continued into June 7th and may continue afterward.

The Presidential Memorandum

On June 7th the administration released the memorandum that states “The members and units of the National Guard called into Federal service shall be at least 2,000 National Guard personnel and the duration of duty shall be for 60 days or at the discretion of the Secretary of Defense.”

Stephen Miller stated on May 9th, 2025, that the administration is actively looking to suspend the Writ of Habeus Corpus which can only be suspended in times of “Rebellion or invasion the public Safety may require it.”

I want you to focus on the exact wording of this selection of the memorandum.

Those who say that they are not going to attempt to declare martial law do not see the connections and do not understand what the government must do to become completely authoritarian and dictatorial.

I want to stress that this is not only Donald Trump’s fault. This is Stephen Miller, Peter Thiel, Pete Hegseth, JD Vance, RFK Jr., Marco Rubio, Pam Bondi, Doug Burgum, Marty Makary, Doug Collins, Kristi Noem, Sean Duffy, Chris Write, Howard Lutnick, Linda McMahon, Scott Bessent, Lori Chavez-DeRemer, Scott Turner, Brooke Rollins, Tulsi Gabbard, Tom Homan, Kash Patel, Susie Wiles, and many others fault. My point being that we need to acknowledge that Donald Trump is generally the fall man and not the mastermind we accuse him to be.

The way the protests are going, and the response all leads to the eventual declaration of Martial law. National Guard will be in LA/California for 60 days or until Pete Hegseth decides that they can leave. Although, there is still a chance that it might not end that way.

By the law that the administration cited in the memorandum states that the National Guard may not intervene without the Governors permission. Governor Newsom has stated that there is no need for the National Guard.

If they intervene illegally there is an extremely high chance that there will be lawsuit.

Non-violence is Key

Lately I have been seeing many people calling for violence in response for these ICE raids. Repeatedly, I must tell you that it is still expected of you to be non-violent if you are a part of the team against the Trump Regime.

Revolutions have occurred through peaceful protest only. Violent revolutions have occurred also but in circumstances when peace was no long a viable option. Historically, there is much more success in those that stay non-violent.

You must understand that we are catching up with the progress of the Trump Regime and we still have time. We are finally preparing for offense on the federal level.

Exercise your rights as a citizen. Get in there way, disrupt, record, and protest.

If you wish to inflict physical pain against anyone in the opposition, please understand that they want you to hurt them and stoop down to their level. MAGA wants you to be violent so that they can call you out based off of the standards the left holds. Do not succumb to the hypocrisy of violence.
